If you introduce a qualified buyer to us and they successfully complete a purchase, we will pay you a referral fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we are happy to work with real estate agents and buyer’s agents.
We do not list our properties with real estate agencies, however we actively collaborate with agents who have qualified buyers. Our model allows agents to introduce clients directly and earn referral commission in line with our referral structure.
We provide professional marketing materials, brochures, specifications, pricing details, and supporting documentation to assist you in presenting the opportunity to your clients internally.

The referral fee varies depending on the specific project and the size of the transaction.
In most cases, the referral commission will be either:
A flat fee of $10,000, or
1% – 2% of the final sale price
The exact fee applicable to each transaction will be confirmed in writing prior to settlement.
Referral fees are typically paid within three (3) business days following the successful settlement of the property transaction.
Settlement is defined as the date on which funds are received and the transaction is legally completed. Referral payments will only be made once settlement has occurred and all contractual conditions have been satisfied.
Our objective is to secure buyers and investors efficiently so we can continue progressing new projects. For that reason, we welcome referrals from all sources. This includes private individuals, friends, business contacts, brokers, advisors, consultants, or any other intermediary.
If you introduce a genuine buyer and the referral meets our registration requirements, you will be eligible to receive the agreed referral commission.
The first party to submit a buyer into our system will be recorded as the official referrer and will be eligible for commission on any successful transaction completed with that buyer.
If a buyer is already registered in our system but has been inactive for a period of several months, and a new referrer reintroduces and actively progresses the buyer toward a transaction, the new referrer will be eligible to receive the commission.
Buyer activity and dormancy periods will be determined at our discretion based on engagement history and recorded communication within our system.

How to refer someone
Referring a buyer is simple.
If you are new and would like to become a registered referrer, complete the Referrer Registration Form.
If you are already registered and would like to submit a buyer, complete the Buyer Registration Form.
Once submitted, the buyer will be recorded in our system and you will receive confirmation of registration.
To ensure your referral is protected, please make sure the correct form is completed before introducing the buyer to us.
